With 40-plus years of construction development and management experience, Rick has successfully captured work and led project teams in every market sector ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø operates within. Rick has been with ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø for over 20 years and has been instrumental in the development and growth of the estimating department, special projects, concrete services, BIM, building groups, the target market group, and the community outreach program. He fosters relationships with our subcontractors, local communities, business organizations, and agencies in the Southern California region.
As the Regional Community Relations Director, Rick is responsible for the overall management of SoCal’s outreach programs for small, local, disadvantaged, and veteran-owned business enterprises. This includes the development and implementation of promotional and educational strategies. In 1988, Rick received his State of California General Contractor license. Most recently in 2021, he completed the American Contract Compliance Association’s Master of Contract Compliance (MCA) certification program through Morgan State University.

ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø The GLAAACC
The GLAAACC was established in 1991 by a group of business owners and executives who envisioned an organization that would serve as an advocate for and promote African American-owned enterprises’ growth and expansion into the international arena. The organization held its first Economic Award Dinner two years later in 1993. The GLAAACC provides a variety of programs and services and is committed to the development of new African American business leaders. ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø has been a member of GLAAACC since the organization’s infancy and supports many of its initiatives.
