ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø is providing general contracting services for a repeat client, transforming a single-story office building into a modern, high-tech space spanning 13,000 square feet. The renovation includes upgrades to office areas, a full kitchen and café, lobby, new restrooms, security upgrades, wellness rooms, an outdoor patio, HVAC upgrades, and the addition of two EV chargers. Key features include a fully remodeled lobby with new doors, a custom millwork security desk, graphics package, updated finishes, and enhanced lighting, as well as expanded and reconfigured restrooms, two new all-gender restrooms, a mother’s room suite, and a wellness room. ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø will self-perform the drywall installation, acoustical ceiling tiles, Turf Plaid baffles, stainless steel external canopy, and a custom stage.
