ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø provided general contracting services for the construction of the firm’s new Atlanta office. Located in the city’s popular and award-winning adaptive reuse project Armour Yards, the 12,500-square-foot office features 22 private offices, 30 workstations, two flex rooms, two meeting rooms and a preconstruction room. Employee amenities include a fitness studio, wellness room and a working lounge with overhead doors to the exterior connecting to Atlanta’s famed Beltline. Natural light, biophilic elements and custom art installations complete the fully customized environment designed by MurphyMeyers. Approximately 550 square feet of European spruce timber was sourced and fabricated by ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø’s affiliate company and partner at its new Greenville, S.C. facility. With a lower carbon footprint than other materials, the timber is featured in the conference room and integrated into various desk facades throughout the office.
