ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø provided preconstruction and construction management services for the construction of a three-story self-storage facility. The new building features 790 rentable storage units and two hydraulic elevators. SAFStor Lee’s façade is comprised of steel, masonry, and metal panels. As part of the project scope, the project team also constructed a bioretention basin onsite.
Throughout the project, the team prioritized owner punch lists and schedule acceleration. Based on the team’s efforts, the client was very satisfied with the outcome of the project, which opened the door to several other projects with this client.
