Greene Middle School Transformation – Palo Alto Unified School District

ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø is proud to serve as the general contractor for the Greene Middle School Transformation in Palo Alto, California. Currently under construction through a lease-leaseback agreement with the Palo Alto Unified School District (PAUSD) and designed by LPA Design Studios, this modernization advances PAUSD’s commitment to innovative, flexible K–12 learning environments.

Project Scope

  • Construction of a new 16,054-square-foot Career Technical Education (CTE) classroom building
  •  A new two-story, 23,360-square-foot food service and library building
  • Modernization of 2,940 square feet of an existing classroom wing
  • Comprehensive site improvements and extension of the existing fire access lanes

With a total value of $41.7 million, this project represents ºÚÁϳԹÏ꿉۪s first collaboration with PAUSD, further reinforcing our leadership in K–14 education construction across California.

Safety and Site Management

Our project team implemented site-specific safety measures and traffic management plans to ensure the safety of students and pedestrians during active campus construction. ºÚÁϳԹÏ꿉۪s experience managing complex educational projects in high-traffic environments helps ensure minimal disruption to ongoing school operations.
