This 67,000-square-foot, four-story project is the region’s first building to feature a 100% mass timber structural system, combining innovative engineering with sustainable design. ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø’s Timberlab fabricated the Southern Yellow Pine components, adding efficiency and aesthetic value to the construction process.
